ABOUT ME
Coach Tii Wood
Born in the Bronx NY, and now calling St Petersburg FL home, I have a passion to bring fitness to my community so that my clients can have a better quality of life! Growing up, I didn't have many examples of living a healthy lifestyle, so I am an example that it's never to late too take your health into your own hands and become strong, confident and proud of your body!

- CrossFit Level-2 Certified
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer
- NASM Certified Nutrition Coach
- US Army Master Fitness Trainer

Goals and Fitness with Friends
You and 2-4 of your friends with common goals can get trained together with group-specific programmed sessions

Individual training with Expert Guidance
